Dietary prawns with saffron and orange juice

Here is a very simple recipe for quick-cooking diet prawns with saffron, orange juice and lemon juice.
This dish is served with a side dish of vegetables.
Shrimp Recipe with Saffron, Orange Juice and Lemon
Ingredients for 4 people:
600 g peeled shrimp
2 bags of saffron
half lemon juice
some sea salt
Pour water into the bottom of the pan, add saffron, citrus juice (lemon and orange), salt and a little olive oil.
Bring to a boil, add shrimps, stir and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Lime shrimp in a bowl, and then continue to boil the sauce until it is evaporated by half.Pour thick sauce on the shrimp.
